REFUND & RETURN POLICY – GDE COLLECTIBLES
At GDE Collectibles, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Due to the nature of firearm-related products, the following refund and return policies apply.
FIREARMS SALES
All firearm sales are final. Once a firearm has been shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, the order cannot be returned or refunded.
Customers must inspect the firearm before completing the transfer at the FFL dealer. If the firearm arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us immediately before accepting the transfer.
Once the transfer is completed, the firearm is considered accepted and cannot be returned.
CUSTOM OR ENGRAVED PRODUCTS
All custom or engraved items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Because these products are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will review the claim and may offer:
1. Replacement Product
2. Store Credit
3. Refund
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped or production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
